Faith is a PhD Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. Her ongoing research examines the socio- legal interplay between institutional structures and the agency of key actors in shaping the key legal principles governing services taxation, from the onset of digitalisation in the 1980s to the present.  She is a participant in the UN Tax Subcommittee on Taxation of the Digitalized and Globalised Economy for the 2025 to 2029 Term and has recently co-authored research papers for the Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation, the South Centre, and the Intergovernmental Group of Twenty- Four on International Monetary Affairs and Development. Faith has also led the delivery of tax compliance, consulting and advisory services for six years as Tax Reporting and Strategy Manager at PwC Uganda. Her transition into research begun with an internship at UNDP’s Tax for SDGs Initiative, where she conducted research and desk evaluations to assess governments’ successes in attaining the SDGs. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds a MSc in Finance from Central European University and a BSc in Land Economics (first class hons) from Makerere University.
