The Committee on Fiscal Studies is a multidisciplinary team of individuals that share similar interests in the field of taxation and include representatives from the Law School, School of Business, Institute of Development Studies and several other Institutions of Higher Learning. Fiscal law is a field that links the collection of revenue to its spending. This allows researchers to work on a wide variety of issues including but are not limited to debt, aid and government business as well as tax law and policy issues but also in the law and policy surrounding its spending, with focus on raising living standards, the Millennium  Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals.
