During a School board meeting held at the University of Nairobi's School of Law (Parklands Campus) on 13.09.2019, academic staff members in attendance endorsed the creation of a Pan African Institute on Fiscal Studies. The Committee tabled it's proposed curriculum that was reviewed by academic staff members who voiced their support.
